Chavon The Jeweler Warranty

1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty

We proudly stand behind all products crafted by our team and guarantee that every item will be free from manufacturing defects throughout its lifetime. If you suspect a manufacturing defect in your item, you may return it to us for inspection. If we confirm that your product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will either repair it or, if appropriate, replace it. In cases where the item is no longer available, Chavon The Jeweler may, at its discretion, provide a replacement of a similar kind, but no refunds will be issued.

If we determine that the damage is not a result of a manufacturing defect, we will inform you and offer repair services at a cost or alternative options.

Please be aware that minor irregularities and variations in craftsmanship, as well as natural characteristics or internal inclusions, whether visible or not, in colored gemstones, are unique to each item. These features are considered part of the item's character and should not be regarded as defects.

Terms and Exclusions

Any maintenance, repair, resizing, or other services performed by a party other than Chavon The Jeweler will void your 'Promise' Warranty.

Fine jewelry is not immune to regular wear and tear, daily activities, or accidents. This is especially true for rings, as hands often endure significant wear. We do not offer warranties for damage caused by normal wear, product loss, stone loss, or theft. Damage or loss resulting from neglecting necessary repairs to preserve the product's integrity is also not covered. Some common jewelry issues that are not considered manufacturing defects include:

1. Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
2. Prongs and precious metals wearing down over time, which may require "building up" or restoration work as part of normal wear and tear.
3. Bent, caught, or worn-out prongs allowing a stone to fall out or become lost due to normal wear or other damage.
4. Lost stones or stones falling out due to chipping or breaking caused by regular wear or other damage.
5. Gradual welding marks on Cuban Links over time due to the typical linking process when they were originally crafted.
