Returns/Refunds:

If you believe you have received a defective product, you may request an exchange, but this must be done within 3 days of receiving the product. After this period, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept any exchanges.

Please note: We do not offer monetary refunds or cashbacks. Store credit or even exchange for an equal price can be provided.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receiving the jewelry, provided that the merchandise is in the same condition as when it was received.
